About Dd
I'm currently a law student in Toronto. Even though I've never been in an English speaking country for more than two months before I came to Toronto for law school, many people have mistaken me as a native English speaker. I am grateful of the way I learned English as a kid. My teachers were native speakers from Canada and the US, and they helped me build my interests towards English as a language instead of a subject at school.
As an enthusiastic language learner and a Chinese native speaker, I want to share my experience and method with people who are interested in learning Chinese.
Learning Chinese should not be boring or hard, it should be fun and natural!

I believe the best way to learn a new language is
- to spend time to learn and master the basis of the language: the pronunciation, the tone and etc,
- to immerse yourself in the language environment as much as you can,
- to practice daily conversation with a native speaker on a daily basis,
I will not focus on the boring grammar stuff coz that's not how I become a fluent English speaker. Grammar is important, but your sense of a new language is much more important!
