About Jessica
I have been working in education now for over 10 years and teaching English to non-native speakers since 2013 both face-to-face and online. I have taught in UK classrooms, international and government schools in Thailand and Vietnam and had students from all over the world join my lessons online. Teaching in other countries has developed my understanding of different learning styles and deepened my passion for teaching. Additionally I have worked as a mentor for teenagers excluded from mainstream education and run workshops in mental health rehabilitation for adults. I am creative, energetic and professional, and enjoy seeing my students build confidence and progress.
My main hobby is rock climbing - I have traveled around the world to do this. I am looking forward to hearing about what interests you!

My aim is to provide a supportive environment to help you reach your learning goals. As a teacher I am very adaptable - I am always willing to try different approaches and work with you to identify an educational style that suits you.
I can use a variety of materials such as quizzes, PowerPoint, games and tests or we can work on conversation using no resources - either way, my lessons are tailored to meet your requirements and can be as fun or as serious as you like!
I have a CELTA plus over 10 years of experience teaching all levels and ages from kindergarten to adults in their 70s.
