About Melanie
I am a native ESL teacher with years of experience working in customer service as well as teaching and mentoring/ coaching students as well.
I have worked for a hearing aid company where I teach and mentor new time users on how to work their devices, clean their new aids and the general maintenance. It is like learning a new language after all.
I have also taught ESL for many years online to students all over the world.
I love learning about different culturea.
