About Nathalie
I have a background in animation and I am also a published author of comics and children's books! I really enjoyed writing, illustrating and translating my first ever children's book: it was a bilingual French-English science fiction tale and, this wonderful experience led me to wanting to do more in the field of languages. I have always loved languages: I am perfectly bilingual, in French and English and speak Spanish and German. I am of the opinion that learning a language expands the mind and breaks insularity. Teaching French allows me to give others the keys to open the doors of new worlds to explore.

A friendly, very patient and enthusiastic French tutor, I tailor my lessons to my students' needs. I use online and offline resources such as exercises, books, articles, podcasts, videos, songs and even cartoons to teach grammar, conjugation, vocabulary, oral and written comprehension and expression. I teach any level and any age, from children to seniors! I primarily have a background in animation and art but I have been tutoring for 5 years +. Lessons are typically 1 hour long but you can book longer or shorter lessons (no less than 30 minutes) to suit your needs and schedule.

Nathalie is warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, with plenty of examples, and supports oral communication with written forms which helps when learning. I love our lessons as you learn a lot of vocabulary and spoken French too. Couldn't recommend Nathalie enough !!
