I’ve known Carla personally for years and her ever growing passion for yoga, so as soon as she came back from her training program I booked a private online class that she facilitated easily.

Our initial chat set us up for morning yoga and stretches in accordance to my level and needs which helped me trust for progress.

Her gentle tone guides you nicely through out the positions with great explanation and challenges your boundaries with the intention that the practice moves you.
She incorporates mantras, sounds and sound baths to Savasana which brings a special sparkle.
