In my lessons I try to engage the students with conversation and exercises, in which we see step by step what are the biggest difficulties of the students and where needs to improve. After every exercise the students can ask questions and everything that sounds unfamiliar will be explained. After the grammatical part, the last bit of the lesson will be reserved for some conversation if the student is already at a good speaking level.
