About Mitsu
こんにちは！I'm Mitsu. I have taught English and Japanese at public schools and language schools in America, Canada and Japan across five years. I am a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada studying psychology and behavioral sciences. My lessons emphasize interacting with the Japanese language through learning about life in Japan, its people, and its culture. Each lesson is adapted to individual students' levels and goals. A beginner learner looking to dip their feet into Japanese can learn from playing traditional language games. An advanced learner interested in living in Japan can benefit from a conversation on current events and cultural comparisons. As a former language school student and teacher, I believe the core of learning a new language is the sharing of experiences engaging with a culture.

Mitsu is amazing teacher / communicator !! He is patient, open-minded, and makes his classes interesting and fun in his own way ️ he plans his class according to students’ level and interests to help students as much as he can
