About Lara
Hey there! I'm Lara.
I'm a Lebanese girl born and raised in Beirut (well, technically a beautiful mountain village outside it, but let's not split hairs). I grew up speaking Arabic every single day—in the streets, at family dinners, watching Lebanese dramas, and arguing with my siblings. It's my mother tongue, my heartbeat, and honestly, one of my favorite things to share with others.
I'm not a 40-year-old professor with a PhD, and I'm not going to pretend I am. What I am is a native Arabic speaker who genuinely loves her language and gets excited when someone else wants to learn it.

My teaching philosophy is simple: you learn a language best when you're actually using it, not just memorizing it.
I follow a communicative and immersive approach, which means:
From Day 1, you speak. I don't believe in silent, grammar-heavy lessons. Even in our first session, I'll have you saying full, useful sentences—not just isolated words.
Real-life context over rote memorization. Instead of drilling verb conjugations in a vacuum, we learn them through dialogues, everyday scenarios, and topics you actually care about (travel, business, family, food, or even your favorite Lebanese TV show).
I correct you gently and strategically. I never interrupt you mid-sentence. I let you finish, then we revisit the mistake together. This builds confidence, not fear.
