About Eliza

As a language learner myself, I enjoy connecting with people over the challenges and rewards of trying to learn the language.

Whether your motivation is preparing for a professional or academic concourse, a study-abroad experience coming up, or just wanting to get more comfortable speaking and writing - I am excited to hear about why people are learning English, and how I can help them.

About the lesson

We will discuss your goals and motivation, creating a detailed roadmap for how we will achieve your objectives.

The typical length of a lesson is 40 minutes, but that can be adjusted according to your needs and urgency (If your interview or exam is next week, we can make it work!).

In between lessons, I propose small activities that you can do in your daily life in order to maximise your progress. These might include finding new vocabulary in a song you are listening to, translating an overheard conversation while at a restaurant, or using 'dual subtitles' on a show you're watching.
