About Vazquez Peraita

I have vast experience in the field of education.

I have been teaching as a private tutor for 10 years, giving classes in the Spanish language for all levels. When I was in Spain, I had foreign students, so I have experience teaching people willing to learn a second language.

During these 8 years, I have given maths, physics and chemistry lessons to primary and secondary school pupils. Also, French lessons as I am bilingual in French. I studied French for 10 years in a bilingual French School in Madrid (Saint Louis des Français).

I have 2 years of experience giving classes as a secondary school teacher of sciences and Spanish and English languages.

During summer time, for the last 5 years, I have been working as a leisure time instructor, in Wales and France, with children from 7 to 18 years old.

About the lesson

I am a 33-year-old Spanish lady. I am fluent in French, English and Spanish. Spanish is my mother tongue.

My lessons are adapted to the student's needs and priorities. Most of the students contacting me want to learn to communicate fluently in Spanish or French for when they travel, visit or move to Spanish or French-speaking countries. Therefore, a usual class includes some grammar and a lot of conversation practice, where vocabulary comes along little by little. This way of teaching has been effective for my students and, according to them, they really enjoy the classes.

Lola is a reliable and experienced tutor, with a great deal of understanding of her student's needs. Before the classes, Lola was very quick in responding to my queries and made me feel reassured with her professionalism. Lola took into consideration my needs, level, goals, and interests. The lesson was student-centered, providing me with the tools to self-correct and therefore increase my fluency. She also provided great support, giving very clear explanations and expanding my vocabulary along the way. Lola made me feel very relaxed from the offset - she is friendly, approachable and has a great sense of humour!

I have been meeting with Lola for a couple of months for Spanish lessons and have found her to be a very helpful tutor. She is always very friendly and enthusiastic. She is also very patient and quick to correct mistakes. She tailors the lessons to my needs and has helped me with the topics I struggle with the most.
