About Remo
I started my fitness journey seven years ago to relieve stress after long workdays and burnout. At first, I trained for the mental benefits, but once I began seeing progress, I became fully engaged. After a few years of learning about training, nutrition, and developing strong discipline, I made one of the best decisions of my life: hiring a coach. That coach became a mentor who completely transformed my mindset about workouts and nutrition, something I wish I had discovered earlier. I believe deeply in natural bodybuilding, and I’m always eager to learn from others who share the same passion. On this journey, I will teach you the exact mindset you need to achieve your fitness goals.

My lessons will focus on developing your body and helping you maximise your genetic potential. You’ll follow a structured training plan that will be adjusted based on your progress. In addition, you’ll receive a personalised nutrition guide and one-on-one in-person coaching to teach you proper movement, tension, and muscle engagement (“the pump”).
