About Sara
I've been a Naturopath and Nutritionist since the 80's when I graduated from the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. I've taught these subjects at tertiary level for many years - Wellpark College - Nutrition, Naturopathic College of New Zealand - Naturopathy / Senior Naturopathic consultant and many, many private clients over more than three decades.

I have created my own courses - 'Nutrition For You' which is in a verbal tutorial format exploring the basics of macro and micro essential nutrients. I also incorporate the use of kinesiology (of which the basics are also taught).
Classroom group and partner activities are incorporated.
I use kinesiology also to explore food sensitivities and organ functioning.
