About Lauren
I learned the heptathlon from one of America’s greatest coaches. Today, we are writing a book together. I’ve competed at State Meets in California as a high schooler, and competed at the NCAA level in New England as a collegiate athlete.
I am an entrepreneur & freelance creative most of my time but love coaching and spreading knowledge within athletics as well. It is a joy to help an athlete reach their greatest potential!

I grew up competing in cross country & sprinting before eventually transitioning to the heptathlon in college. I was an NCAA track athlete and conference champion.
I offer a variety of services. Virtual coaching, virtual training plans, in person coaching, accountability & motivational coaching.
Whether you are trying to get into running for the first time as an adult, or you are an athlete looking to learn advanced techniques in either field events or sprinting, I‘m here to help.
