About Isabella
I have been cooking for as long as i can remember, growing up in italy my food has always had a lot of italian influences. When I was 12 i became a veggie and have been cooking for my family and friends since then. In 2019 I spent a month in India where i qualified as Ayurvedic cook. I have been vegan since 2020 and love the health and planetary benefits it brings, there’s so much stigma out there about vegan food being boring and it’s not true! It’s delicious and nutritious, try it with me.
