He not only prepared ahead of time by creating practice problems and charts/ graphs, but he was incredibly patient, easy to follow, and highly engaging. He made sure I was able to understand the materials, and was friendly which is a HUGE factor in helping someone gain their footing in an easily intimidating course, statistics to be specific.
