About Virginia
Hi, I’m Virginia—a Master's-prepared Nurse Educator with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and 16 years as a registered nurse. I hold an MSN in Nursing Leadership, Analytics, and Innovation, along with a Certificate in Nursing Education from the University of Michigan. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. I specialize in simplifying medical math for nursing and allied health students. I understand that medical math can be overwhelming, but I’m here to change that. My calm, supportive approach helps students build both skills and confidence. Whether you’re preparing for the NCLEX, HESI, or brushing up for clinicals, I create a judgment-free space where questions are always welcome, and progress is celebrated. I bring real-world nursing experience into every session, making concepts meaningful and practical.
