About Abigail
I am a second year university student who loves all things languages!
I studied French at A Level and GCSE after falling in love with the language and the culture (thanks Ratatouille!). I also speak a little bit of Spanish and Japanese. I am currently learning Hindi in my spare time.
I’m a lover of video games, TTRPGs, and knitting (I promise I’m not as boring as I sound)and I am very excited to start this learning journey with you!

My names Abi and I am a university student from York.
I have an A Level and a GCSE in French and I have experience teaching French to both GCSE and lower school students. I also have experience teaching to SEND students and istudying language teaching modules at university.
When it comes to the sessions, I can cater to the students needs. Whether it’s conversation practice or learning techniques to help in exams, I can help.
As a SEND student myself, I have a unique outlook on language learning. Therefore, I can show the student the techniques that earned me a grade 8 (A*) at GCSE, even with my disabilities.
I understand that the cost of living crisis has affected families across the country. I believe that all children deserve the right to a high standard of education, regardless of income. Therefore, my rate is completely negotiable.
