About Eleanor Claire
I will be graduating in May 2022 with a bachelor of science in neuroscience and a master's in public health, concentrating in epidemiology (I am able to complete both bachelor and master degree in 4 years). I have an overall/science GPA of 4.0 for both my bachelor and master's degrees.
I have been tutoring biology and biochemistry at my current university, University of Alabama in Birmingham, for almost 4 years. I recently got accepted to UAB School of Medicine, University of Tennessee Health Science College of Medicine, University of Massachusetts School of Medicine, and Quillen College of Medicine.
When I was in high school, I took AP Chemistry (5), AP Biology (5), AP US History (4), AP European History (5), AP English Literature (4), AP Spanish Language (4), and AP Computer Science A (4). Scores indicated in the parentheses.
In short, I am just a girl who loves learning and teaching! In my free time, I also love hiking, cooking, and reading.

I can teach a host of basic, core science courses (introductory biology, chemistry, algebraic math, geometry, biochemistry) at high school and college level. I can also offer college exam (ACT, SAT) and essay preparatory tips in my lessons. I can also offer lessons in Mandarin Chinese.
Our first lesson will consist of devising a learning plan for your need and a study schedule if you wish. I will also share my study tips and strategies with you so we can work out a plan that best suits you. I can make comprehensive worksheets for you to practice your weak point, and I understand how important mental health and a positive attitude/motivations are to achieve your goals, so I will try to make our sessions stress-free and fun!
