About Kelley

I bring both strong academic experience and professional teaching experience to every tutoring session. In addition to being a neuroscience graduate student, I previously worked as a tutor at Kumon, where I developed skills in personalized instruction, patience, and helping students build confidence through consistent support and structured learning. I also served as a teaching assistant during my undergraduate studies, giving me experience explaining complex concepts, guiding students through coursework, and supporting a wide range of learning styles in an academic setting.

I pride myself on being dependable, organized, encouraging, and professional. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to adapt my teaching approach to fit each student’s needs and goals. My sessions are designed to be supportive, engaging, and productive, with a focus on helping students not only improve academically but also feel more confident in their abilities.
