About Kelly
I am full-time Teaching Faculty at Antioch University where students are receiving master's degrees in psychotherapy. I have been tutoring in addition to that teaching role for the past 3 years. I will help the student and/or family find resources to use for studying purposes if they are not able to provide them directly from the course of interest. I am often available for 1 or more hours per week of synchronous work with the student. I will send calendar invites to the student and/or caregiver.

Students benefit the most when they read in advance of our lessons and we work through quizzes and test material together.
I am able to translate sophisticated science content into accessible language as well as put it into meaningful context so that students find the information to be relevant to them.
Most students and/or families reach out in advance of midterms, finals and/or paper deadlines. Some students have worked with me for their graduate course preparation to ensure they will be able to keep up with the fast pace of rigorous content during a term.

Kelly was an exception tutor during our time together. I appreciated her thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and excitement with the neuroscience materials. I am a Bioinformatics PhD student with little to no Neuro background and wanted a crash course in the subject so that I may fine-tune my research into more interesting avenues.
