About Frances
I am an Apprentice at Next Generation Ballet, where I have been dancing for over 14 years, performing classical ballet. Throughout my years as a dancer, I have worked with incredible teachers and choreographers, such as Daria Klimentová, Maria Konrad, and Philip Neal, and I am excited to share the knowledge I gained from them with you. I have attended multiple summer intensives at the Royal Ballet School in London, England, ABT in New York, Master Ballet Academy in Arizona, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre in Pennsylvania. As a teacher, I have worked with students of all ages and levels of experience. Additionally, I have taught groups of non-professional adults.

As a teaching methodology base, I use the Vaganova method and the RAD method, which I have studied for 14 years with incredible ballet teachers at Next Generation Ballet. Additionally, my experience helps me explain a lot of complicated things with simple words and metaphors during the classes. Within the lesson we will really focus on the correct technique of each step. You will also learn how to make your dance look beautiful, natural, and catching for an audience. Moreover, I can help you to improve your extensions, turnout, pirouettes, jumps and feet work during our classes and provide some additional exercises to be done by yourself. I am also available to coach classical variations for competitions.
In conclusion, you can study with me ballet classes (beginners, intermediate, advanced), ballet repertoire and classical variations, pointe work, and stretching, conditioning, and flexibility. With me you will learn impeccable technique, coordination, grace, artistry, proper alignment, and tips and tricks to execute each movement perfectly.
The lessons are held ONLINE and the schedule is flexible.
