About Abhishek
I am a singer, composer and a guitar tutor based out of Mumbai, born and brought up in Jaipur. I have been working as a full time musician from last 10 years now. Teaching has always been a part of my lifestyle as it gives me a sense of stability and it had always kept me grounded.
I have been working with a band called "SaaR", a (Hindi rock band), for quite sometime and has done some considerable amount of work till now. From releasing their first debut album "Rang" in 2017 to working as composers for Netflix, SonyLiv, and the playback singer "Richa Sharma".
Apart from working with the band, I have also been working as a singer and has worked with few of the renowned digital platforms i.e, Sony Tv, Zee Tv, Dice Media, The Timeliners, Gobble, etc.

Teaching has been a part of my musical journey for around 10 years now. I have been taking classes of all the ages and of all the types (Group sessions, Personal sessions, Online sessions) etc. I always prefer making modified curriculum for the students according to their skill set and their playing level, which usually consist of hands coordination, picking techniques, perfect posture, clarity of sound, melodies, chords formation & their different types, rhythm techniques, solos, improvisation, etc and other than that I also help in creating composition & vocals too.
Creating a friendly environment is what I look forward to in my sessions, I usually start the sessions with revising the old concepts and then I move to the new concepts, as student's growth is must for me. My approach is very simple & effective, I divide it into three parts "practice, play and performance".

Music was one of the first art form that helped me to be a confident person and perform on stage and It was all because of Abhishek sir. He was not just a tutor but an amazing person to learn from. He used to share things about performing arts and even introduced me to Indie artists and some great music. He is a passionate teacher and teaches with patience.
