The way she explains in very easy way, even 6 years old kid also can understand that what she is explaining, how it needs to be done. Let me share my experience, Me and Asha worked together for 2 years on clinical trial, whenever i get struck somewhere in the procedure, she came in and helped me, next time I do by my own.
