About Jacob
My name is Jacob, I am 32 and I have 7.5 years of experience in nursing as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario! Can help with learning about treating seniors in a healthcare setting and the always difficult concept of dementia care. I also have 2 years of University level Kinesiology and have a passion for teaching anatomy and have tutored in nursing school. I have also been a preceptor for college nursing students and can help with dealing with difficult clients/patients and having difficult conversations with co-workers and family members. My focus is on helping the future generation so I like helping students and new nurses but also know that you never stop learning in nursing so I can help anyone! Scheduling lessons or meetings can be flexible!

Lessons can be very flexible! I would want to determine level of knowledge and focus on adding to what gaps may be present. I prefer a collaborative approach. Not just me talking non-stop to someone. Learning in nursing is a team effort and I want to work together with students! I have my nursing diploma and work as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario. I also have 2 years of University level Kinesiology experience.
