About Francesca
Nurse graduated from the University of Turin TO2 in 2015/16, with a thesis on the management of chronic pain in which I demonstrated that a multidisciplinary approach is necessary. In March 2018 I did a mindfulness meditation course, a lot of holistic health therapies and harmonic touch, of which I am now taking the course to have the certification to be able to perform it on others. I have considerable experience in the indicated teaching areas (as well as coaching and personal growth).

I work on the limits of the person and I try to make them overcome their limits, I always set up all the work on the single person in order to also get a completely personalized service. We start from what the person feels as insecurities, we dig deep to understand why these weigh so much; then these uncertainties are eliminated and a healthy and positive awareness of our reality is rebuilt! Using a lot of relaxation techniques and massages to take possession of your body again, we will gradually improve the concept of ourselves and from there self-esteem, therefore our inner certainties, combining the massage with guided meditation. Very complex but VERY satisfying work.
