About Vincenzo
I have a PhD, MSc and BSc in biology. I additionally have a postgraduate certificate in learning and teaching and I an a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I have a specialisation diploma in Nutrition and in Food chemistry. Nutrition and wellbeing is a passion for me. I provide lessons in nutrition to people at any level and I give support to people that are in need of specific nutritional plans to achieve their goals (i.e. weight loss, healthy eating etc).

I am very flexible and adapt to the needs of my audience. I am happy to provide 1-to-1 sessions or group sessions. I am happy to provide short lessons (2h or less) online.
