About Catherine
My name's Cas, I fell in love with yoga over ten years ago after hitting burn out from my London lifestyle. I discovered yoga and took myself traveling for the past 6 years, where I learnt a whole lot more about my body, my mind and no, you aren't reading, 'eat, pray, love'.. but it certainly was an expansive experience, which gently led me to becoming a yoga teacher myself, as well as a nutritional therapist.
I've spent time in so many cultures, I’ve experienced the lives of so many different people, from poor to the incredibly rich, from living in the middle of West Papua in the jungle to the most exclusive resorts in The Maldives... and there is one thing I've learned that brings joy no matter what your location, bank balance, dinner plate or bucket list looks like.. but you'll have to have a chat with me to learn more about that.
I've moved back to London to share my joy and the gift that is yoga, to those who need it (just like I did) with no frills, no fancy pants pretentiousness; just an openhearted experience to help everyone leave feeling a little lighter, happier and more peaceful.

Suitable for all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced yogis.
OYC's passion is to nurture and support those who have never stepped onto a yoga mat before, to encourage those who wish to step away from online classes to a more supportive environment, and to inspire advanced yogis who are looking to refine alignment and explore exciting new flows.
Yoga Classes can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes.
Wellness sessions can be booked for 60, 90 or 120 minutes
I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance International Yoga Teacher, with over ten years of experience.
I have worked in multiple, exclusive 5-star Maldives resorts for over two years, as well as many other locations around the world, I have taught in Dubai, Zanzibar, Australia and now live in London, UK.
Group wellness sessions are yoga classes are great for corporate wellness days.
