In my ski jumping lessons, I guide you through the essential techniques that help you move smoothly and safely from the inrun to the landing zone. I teach you how to manage speed, maintain proper body alignment, time your takeoff, and control your posture while in the air. Each session includes carefully structured drills that improve balance, stability, and confidence on the jump. I adapt the training to your experience level, making sure you develop strong fundamentals before progressing to more advanced movements. My goal is to help you understand the mechanics of the sport and feel fully prepared each time you approach the jump.
