About Melina
Hi and welcome! I’m Melina. Over the past years, I’ve trained deeply in yoga, coaching, and somatic practices, and I’m continuing my journey as a somatic experiencing practitioner. My work comes from both experience and study, blending structure with intuition.
I bring a gentle, compassionate, and supportive presence, holding space for people to explore themselves safely and authentically. I value active listening, honoring each person’s rhythm, and creating a connection that allows real growth and healing to happen.
I deeply believe in the body as a tangible channel to access our innermost self. Through movement and breath; we can feel, observe, and transform our internal reality, and this transformation reflects in our external world.
What we cultivate within, manifests in our lives.
I invite you to join me on this journey, exploring the depths of your own potential, unlocking a more compassionate, aware, and sensitive self, and embracing a holistic sense of well-being that transcends the physical.

I offer 1:1 sessions combining yoga asana or meditation practice* (45-60min) with an integration session** (30-45min). From a bottom-up approach — body → emotion → mind — we train somatic awareness and help you:
• Step away from external distractions and reconnect with your inner world
• Listen to your emotions and inner signals with curiosity
• Open space for healing and self-compassion
• Build grounding habits and a personal practice that supports you long-term
Each session is personalized to your rhythm, needs, and season of life, creating a safe and supportive space to explore, process, and integrate.
*Yoga asana: hatha, yin or restorative practice,
Meditation: different techniques, we adjust to what works best for you /or yoga nidra with visualization
**Integration session: in conversation we explore what arises in the yoga session, gently uncover what is asking for your attention, help you integrate these insights into your life and adjust the practice to your needs

The first free lesson with Melina will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
Free 45 min session to get to know each other and see how I can help you.
One single session ($95) is 90 min. We can do the yoga or meditation practice and integration session on the same day, or meet other day on the same week for the second part.
4 week journey ($370) is 4 sessions of 90 min each, within a month. This is to build a safe personal practice (sadhana) that supports you on your daily life.
3 months journey ($950) is 12 sessions of 90 min each. This is a commitment on longer term for deeper work and transformation.
All classes are recorded and you will have them available for 2 months so you continue practicing on your own.
You will also get somatic and self exploration tools to deepen and integrate after class.
