About Lara
Born and raised in Barcelona (Spain) where I trained in Musical Theatre for 5 years, I moved to the UK over 10 years ago to pursue a career in music. I have many years of experience performing live as a solo singer/guitarist, with function bands going from 90’s pop to metal genres, and performing and arranging backing vocals. I recently graduated from The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP), where I studied a BMus in Popular Music Performance specialised in Vocals, acquiring a First Honours Degree. I find teaching to be very rewarding, and singing, in my opinion, is an area of study where you can always keep improving and learning!
