About Aaliyah
I am in my first year of my A-Level courses. I achieved a grade 8 in mathematics and two grade 9's in my english courses. I can tutor students in year 11 and below, as well as students who are doing a GCSE maths or english resit. I will aim to improve the students understanding in topics that they struggle with in a way that is tailored to be engaging to the student.

I can tutor those who live in and around Hull, I will be able to travel into hull for tutor sessions. However I can only tutor students who are aiming towards a GCSE or below. My aim would be to make the subject more fun and engaging for the student. I will begin by asking the student to outline the specific areas that they find challenging, and from there build a simple lesson plan to follow. I can also go through homework and help with the understanding of the challenging questions. My method of teaching will vary from student to student as different people learn in different ways. I have some experience in working with children with learning difficulties as well as mental disabilities.
