About Michael
I have worked within the Healthcare Industry for over 20 years, predominantly within Complaints, Data protection and Information Governance, very much helping patients to during their time of need with both understanding and empathy.
Alongside this I have many studied Complimentary Therapies and have privately assisted many people by either mentoring or assisting with their needs, providing mediation techniques, and understanding of Reiki, and to work through life's challenges using Neuro Linguistic Programming, freeing them of their self doubts and getting them back on track.

I'm here to listen and to offer advice on what steps I feel would be useful for you to help yourself, whether career, life or relationships.
The introductory session will be for one hour, where we can discuss what I can help you with and any techniques I think would be useful. Thereafter I will schedule in 1 hour session at your convenience.
I'm a Member of the Complimentary Therapist Accreditation Associated and Accredited in:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner & Master Practitioner
Meditation Practitioner/Teacher
Usui Reiki Level 1 Practitioner
I'm currently studying my Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Practitioner Accreditation, Usui Reiki Level 2 and Master Practitioner & Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) Diploma.
I'm happy to work will all adults over the age of 18.
