About Carol:
Carol is an RCI approved special educator with Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation) and having around 19 years of experience. Excellent command over English, Marathi as well as Hindi. A graduate in Education and Commerce from Mumbai University her moto is be "Supportive" and provide "Creative" education and "Accommodating" different needs of the Children.
She has a good understanding of the Children with learning diabilities and is able to make a proper assessment of the Child and then devising teaching methods that fit their unique learning styles.
Her teaching methods help the students to identify and overcome academic obstacles that are hindering their development.
Few of the key skills that Carol has includes:
(a) Being patient with pupil’s who are struggling academically
(b) Applying common sense and understanding to all matters
(c) Thinking creatively
(d) Lastly, but most important is being empathetic with her students.
