About Triaha
Hello! My name is Trisha, and I am a passionate dance instructor from India with experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels. I specialize in Bollywood, Zumba, Jazz, Semi-Classical, and Freestyle Dance.
My classes are energetic, engaging, and designed to help students build confidence, coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and stage presence. I break down dance movements into simple, easy-to-follow steps, making learning enjoyable for both beginners and advanced dancers.
Whether you're looking to learn Bollywood choreography, improve your Jazz technique, explore the beauty of Semi-Classical dance, enjoy high-energy Zumba workouts, or simply dance for fun and fitness, I create personalized lessons to suit your goals and learning pace.

Bollywood Dance Lesson Plan (60 Minutes)
Class Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Age Group: Kids / Teens / Adults
1. Welcome & Introduction (5 Minutes) Greet students Brief introduction of the song and dance style Explain class objectives 2. Warm-Up (10 Minutes) Neck rolls Shoulder rotations Arm stretches Hip and waist mobility exercises Light cardio (marching, jumping jacks) 3. Basic Bollywood Techniques (10 Minutes) Hand gestures (mudras) Bollywood walk Basic footwork patterns Rhythm and timing exercises 4. Choreography Breakdown (20 Minutes) Teach choreography in small sections Demonstrate slowly Practice with counts Combine sections gradually 5. Dance with Music (10 Minutes) Perform the complete routine Focus on expressions and energy Practice multiple times with music 6. Cool Down & Feedback (5 Minutes) Gentle stretching Student questions Feedback and homework practice
Learning Outcome: Students will learn basic Bollywood dance techniques, improve coordination and rhythm, and perform a short choreographed routine confidently.
