About Tobias
My name is Toby, I am a native English speaker and a German learner who lives in Austria. I specialize in helping professionals in the construction industry advance their careers by using English more confidently. Previously, the students ranged from engineers, managers, supervisors, bricklayers, carpenters and other craftsmen. I teach: * Adults (18+) from upper beginner to advanced level (A2 - C1). Learning: * Use English effectively when working on the construction site. * Communicate technical information, explain concepts and give instructions. * Create technical reports or other documentation for your work or study. I am a TEFL qualified English teacher and have a BSc (Hons) in Ocean Exploration and Surveying. I have previously worked in civil engineering, oil and gas exploration, hydrographic surveying, and dredging.
