About Suzy
Six years of experience in boxing, k 1 style kickboxing, Muay thai and self defense. Every moment in martial arts is a complete joy that lasts forever in my soul and mind. I will share my experience of using sport to fight, increase self-confidence, happiness, skills, and the efficiency of daily routines. I understand people, their dreams, and their challenges, and how to deal with them. We can communicate in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

You can learn martial arts movements, shadow boxing, bodyweight exercises and more. Have access to a sandbag? More fun, more power and more calories to burn. Have a partner? Learn drills and be able to fight.
