About Lawrence
I’m a professional footballer and UEFA B licensed coach with years of experience in training, fitness, performance and coaching. My background in professional football has given me first-hand experience of what it takes to improve fitness, strength, conditioning, discipline and consistency.
Alongside playing, I have coached people of different ages and abilities, planning and delivering structured sessions designed to help individuals develop and progress.
My coaching style is supportive but demanding. I believe training should challenge you, but it should also be realistic and sustainable for your lifestyle. I enjoy helping people push beyond what they thought they were capable of and seeing their confidence grow alongside their physical fitness.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, become stronger, improve your conditioning, get back into shape or simply build a consistent training routine, I’ll work with you personally and help keep you accountable throughout the process.

My online personal training sessions are designed around you, your goals and your current fitness level. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve your fitness or simply become more active, I'll create sessions that are challenging, enjoyable and achievable.
Sessions are delivered live online, so you can train with me from home, the gym or wherever suits you. I'll coach you throughout the session, correct your technique, push you when needed and adapt exercises to your ability and available equipment.
You'll receive personalised training rather than a generic workout. We'll track your progress and continually adjust your training as you improve.
All fitness levels are welcome — from complete beginners to experienced trainees. My aim is simple: help you become fitter, stronger and more confident while keeping you consistent and accountable.
