About Harriet
I was introduced to yoga by a friend and it was from there that I began to pursue it professionally. Now I have been teaching for 3 years! During my training course, I acquired a job as a yoga teaching assistant. This allowed me to gain even more experience in teaching and practising yoga before I had obtained my qualification. I teach private and group classes and have taught at yoga and health retreats in France featured in The Times and on Channel 4. My goal is to help people unlock their full potential and pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Harriet’s way of teaching yoga is very relaxing. She keeps you within your parameters but still gives you a sense of achievement each session. I highly recommend Harriet as a tutor.
Harriet is really good teacher and I really enjoy the lessons. She is great at working around your level if ability and very encouraging, couldn't recommend her more!
