About Usha
I’m a passionate and experienced tutor with a strong background in teaching. I hold an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed. in Math and Science, with over 40 years of teaching experience in both schools and colleges. I bring dedication, structure, and clarity to every class, ensuring students feel supported and motivated. My lessons focus on strengthening fundamentals, building confidence, and encouraging curiosity. I explain concepts patiently and help students improve steadily through regular practice and weekly tests. Their love for learning math grows as they see progress in knowledge and school results. I have previously taught students through online platforms, via Zoom and Google Meet and I’m now available to take new students. Flexible timing, patient teaching style, and tailored lesson plans for each student. I am fluent in English with a neutral Indian accent, and I focus on building concept clarity, exam confidence, and consistent improvement.

I teach Mathematics with a strong focus on concept clarity, step-by-step explanation, and regular practice. The concept-based approach removes fear and builds confidence. Many of my students who once disliked math began to enjoy it and some went on to score above 90% in their exams. I use simple visuals, real-life examples, and encourage active student participation. Each class begins with a quick revision, followed by a new concept, and ends with exercises or a recap quiz. Weekly test papers help track progress. Homework is given to reinforce learning, but I ensure it's balanced so students don’t feel overwhelmed. I primarily teach Grades 4 to 7, following CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and Cambridge curricula. I am known for my patient, structured, and encouraging teaching style, and I support each student’s unique pace and learning needs. My goal is to help every student enjoy learning math — with clarity, encouragement, and consistent support.
