About Lya
Hello! My name is Lya, I am 25 years old, and I offer online singing lessons. I specialize in the styles of pop and musical theater, catering to all ages and levels. I also prepare students for auditions, performances and specific projects.
I studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London on a full scholarship sponsored by Disney Theatrical Productions. I have also completed a teacher training program in Belgium.
I have performed professionally, both on TV and on stage. Including Dutch national TV and the West End in London.

In my singing lessons, you can expect to work on your:
Technique: we work on your vocal range, smooth use-transition-strengthening of different vocal registers, breathing, intonation, agility, vibrato and more.
Musicianship and interpretation: how do you make a song "yours," how do you make a song personal, how do you convey emotions through a song?
Performance: how do you perform on stage or in front of the camera?
You as an artist: what genres and what songs resonate most with you? What are your strengths? What kind of artist are you? What kind of artist do you want to become?
Optional: Audition preparation: I also help singers prepare for specific auditions and projects.
