About Jumainah
I am a high-achieving fourth-year medical student, set to graduate next year with plans to specialise in general surgery, one of the most competitive fields in medicine. With A*AA in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics at A-Level and eight years of tutoring experience, she combines academic excellence with a passion for teaching, helping students build confidence and master complex concepts. Her dedication to problem-solving and precision extends beyond medicine and tutoring, shaping her disciplined yet adaptable approach to every challenge. Whether guiding a student through a difficult maths problem or refining her surgical skills, she is committed to excellence in everything she does. Outside of her studies, she enjoys playing the piano and working out, balancing analytical thinking with creativity and physical discipline. Experience I began tutoring at the age of 14 and have built eight years of diverse experience, working with students of all ages and skill levels. I’ve had the opportunity to work in various schools, which has enriched my understanding of effective teaching methods and classroom dynamics. My approach to teaching medicine is always tailored to the individual student. I know how challenging medicine can be, so I make sure to check for understanding throughout and adjust my methods to make complex concepts more manageable. My goal is not just to help students learn but to build their confidence and deepen their understanding, so they feel prepared to apply their knowledge in exams, clinical settings, and beyond.

Amazing!!! I was a bit skeptical with Jumainah as her prices seemed too good to be true but I ended up giving her a shot and she was very good with my son. He was preparing for his 11+ exams and she was absolute class.
Jumainah is a very helpful and great teacher. She is very confident and explains things very clearly. I would recommend her, she helped me out a lot and am very appreciative of her!
I received tutoring from Jumainah, as I was struggling with my math. She was very patient with me and adapted to suit my learning style which other tutors did not. She was able to boost my grade from a grade 5 to a grade 8. I seriously can’t recommend her enough.
