About Manju Bargavi
Namaste! I am an RYS 200 certified yoga teacher from Bharat Shetty's IndeaYoga at Mysore. My yoga journey started as a child when I had an opportunity to learn yoga from the Isha Yoga Foundation. Having pursued a career in fine arts, I have gained skills in a wide range of arts spanning across Bharatnatyam from the renowned Kalakhsetra Foundation, honours degree in fashion design, Kalaripayattu (a south Indian martial art form) from Hindustan Kalari and theatre training from AdiShakti. All these experiences have contributed to the way I approach Yoga with my innate understanding of the human physiology, emotions and aspirations. I am excited to share all that I have learned with all you lovely people out there and help you achieve your greatest potentials. Cheers to good health!
