About Hazeena
Born in England, I’ve travelled extensively and lived in many countries including Costa Rica, Bali, Germany, Australia and America, connecting with people globally. Yoga transformed my life in ways the gym never could, giving me a deeper understanding of my body and lasting strength, flexibility and balance. It gives more while doing less, providing peace, grounding and focus. I’ve trained with top teachers worldwide to ensure my students feel confident in their practice, never questioning if they’re "doing it right." For me, yoga enhances every part of life, from work to wellness, offering freedom and flexibility.

Lessons are customised to your needs and can cover: ~ Safe and effective yoga practice for building confidence ~ Clarifying what yoga is—and isn’t ~ Mastering asanas (poses) with proper alignment and technique ~ Integrating pranayama (breathwork) into your practice ~ Enhancing wellbeing and mindfulness You’ll have the freedom to ask questions and focus on what matters most to you. Each lesson is tailored to your level, balancing consistency for growth with variety to keep it engaging. Mastering the fundamentals of yoga empowers you to practice confidently, whether alone or in class. Understanding your body allows you to practice safely and ultimately become your own teacher, as no one knows your body better than you. You'll need a yoga mat and should practice barefoot. Classes aren't suitable during pregnancy. Feel free to take notes during 1-on-1 sessions—bring a pen and pad!

I found the yoga sessions to be very varied, catering to all levels from beginners to intermediate. The instructions are very clear and provide constant opportunities to develop as individuals; challenging and enjoyable lessons!! She’s very experienced, I took these lessons in 2010.
