About Simon
I am a yoga and meditation practitioner and certified Yoga Alliance 200-hour YTTC teacher. My path into teaching is closely connected to my personal experience with ADHD and my interest in supporting mental clarity and emotional balance.
Living with ADHD has made me deeply aware of challenges around focus, regulation, restlessness, and inner stability. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation became practical tools that helped me create more structure, calm, and balance in everyday life.
As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, I experience yoga as a powerful complement to martial arts training. It supports mobility, recovery, breath control, and mental focus under pressure.
I share this knowledge because I want to support others in improving their overall well-being and developing a grounded sense of inner peace through simple, accessible, and practical tools. My teaching is calm, student-centered, and focused on real-life applicability rather than performance.

My classes are highly student-centered and adapted to individual needs. I mainly teach a Hatha-inspired style with a focus on mindful movement, alignment, and breath awareness.
I also offer guidance in more advanced and challenging asanas, including acrobatic elements, when appropriate. In addition, I teach pranayama to support breath control, focus, and nervous system balance.
My goal is to create a safe, structured, and supportive space for all levels.
