About Nirmesh
In the Operating Theater, there is no room for "good enough." I have seen firsthand the gap between what is taught in a quiet classroom and what is actually required when a patient’s life is on the table. I am teaching because: I believe in Patient Safety: Errors in the OT are often preventable with better technical training. By teaching you, I am indirectly caring for your future patients. To Bridge the "Experience Gap": New graduates often feel overwhelmed by the pace of surgery. I want to give you the "mental shortcuts" and confidence that took me 12 years to build. To Empower the Next Generation: The OT is a high-stress environment. I want to equip you not just with technical skills, but with the mental resilience and professional etiquette needed to thrive and lead in a surgical team.
