I am an experienced AI researcher, software engineer, and lecturer with 8+ years of teaching and industry experience. I founded DactIQ to make learning step-by-step and accessible. I love teaching because helping students understand and apply concepts deeply is incredibly rewarding. Students learn by doing, writing real code from the very first lesson, and gradually tackling more complex programmes. I emphasise clean code, problem-solving, and practical applications, ensuring learners can confidently apply Java or Python in real-world projects. Techniques & Methodology: • Interactive coding exercises: Students write and debug code during the lesson. • Concept breakdown: Each topic is explained step by step. Lesson Length: Typically 1–2 hours per session, with flexibility for shorter sessions if preferred. Qualifications & Experience: • PhD student in Computer Science (AI in Health), University of Oxford (starting October 2025) • MSc in Computer Vision, Robotics & Machine Learning, University of Surrey • 8+ years teaching experience, including Java programming to undergraduate students • Supervised 10+ student projects involving Java and software development • Founded DactIQ, an education platform delivering step-by-step programming tutorials Target Students: • Beginners who want to learn Java or Python from scratch
