I worked with Electa for a few years through supervising music therapists that worked in Disability supports with Electa as a behavioral therapist-sharing the same client and participating on in interdisciplinary teams together.
It was always a relief when I would learn that Electa was the behavior consultant because I knew that she would be a wonderful trainer, sounding board and hands-on support for her client. She also naturally took new music therapists that had just entered the field under her wing to mentor them in learning the ropes around community based Disability supports.
