About Justin
Justin has been practicing Parkour since 2012 and has been coaching since 2013. In his 11 years of coaching experience, he has coached Parkour as well as other sports/disciplines such as gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, and tricking. Justin has taught thousands of people Parkour in a multitude of settings (private lessons, group classes, online/virtual classes, workshops, and online tutorials). He has coached his competitive students to receive top placements in local, regional, and national competitions.

This class is perfect for any student wanting to release their inner ninja! When it's time for class, you will simply log in and class will begin with warmup exercises and stretching. During a typical class, students learn how to build strength, flexibility, and body control and safely execute parkour movements (beginner-advanced) with obstacles/materials they have around them. Classes remain low impact and fundamentals are emphasized before learning advanced techniques. The class is designed around your current skill level and the goals you would like to achieve.

Justin is a fantastic Parkour instructor. He is patient and explains things in a way all ages can understand. Justin will modify the moves so they can be practiced anywhere. My 12 year old took online lessons with Justin for about a year and he learned so much in such a short time. My son LOVED it!
