I work a bit different as my fitness training style is my own. I start with the basic body postures. First,I let my student's mind and body be rightly fit into our training sessions. Later, we start working from how my student's working is responding.

Perfect! Even Though I have only been training with Praveen for a week, I really like his approach sofar. His method is bit different from what I have experienced with other coaches , as he emphasises more on floor training than equipment ones. I have worked with trainers in the past but I really appreciate the way Praveen manages my sessions sofar. I m looking forward to building a longstanding working relationship with him

Perfect! Had a great demo lesson and one class as well. I want to increase my stamina, and he is really helping me build it. His observation is good, which is required in an online class. He will stop you when he sees you doing something wrong.
