About Matt
Matt graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class Master of Chemistry degree and is currently pursuing his DPhil (PhD) in Inorganic Chemistry. This dedication to his subject, combined with over 500 hours of teaching experience, enables Matt to provide a comfortable learning environment that fosters academic curiosity and encourages students to develop a more intuitive learning strategy. Matt specialises in the sciences, specifically Chemistry, having nurtured students from Key Stage 3 to Oxford undergraduates, allowing him to be accredited as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Matt’s extensive tutoring experience, passion for sport, and exceptional academic achievement from a world-leading institution offers students a well-rounded experience focused on promoting critical thinking and inspiring learners.

Matt has over 4 years of teaching experience, and possesses an extensive understanding of the Chemistry A-level specification, across all the major exam boards.
